vitawater
i've been on this vitamin water kick for the last month or two. it's ridiculously expensive for a glorified gatorade, but for some reason, i love it.
over the weekend, i was driving to this softball field in whitestone when i looked across the van wyck expressway and there it was :O
::cue beams of light from the heavens and church choir::
vitamin water central!
wonder if they offer tours of the facilities =)

Making a "sportsdrink" that contains no sodium is not only stupid, but also very dangerous. Your muscles need both water and sodium for proper hydration. I didn't realize that vitawater had 0mg of sodium until I was halfway up a 3000ft climb on my bike and my muscles started seizing from dehydration. Thanks Glacieu! (A-holes!!!)
